The whole chinese scioety is changing with rapid speed and acclerate to accumulate its wealth. And one problem left which is obviously unsloved is the change in politics. The market economy needs a free and relatively fair political atmosphere,which is contradictory to the situation of the present china. So in this way we can predict that when the economy foams breaks, the communist party may probably have to face or make some concessions to a new political power.
现在一些城市的中小学，出现了一种与教育均衡发展极不协调的现象：区域内教师整体超编，而一些学校教师却严重缺编。超编的学校教师工作量严重不足，悠哉乐哉，还照拿绩效工资。而严重缺编的不得不聘用代课教师，造成的后果是，教师队伍极不稳定，新代课教师待遇低，新教师招录又没有编制，严重制约了缺编学校的科学发展。更令人费解的是，这些个市、区竟然还能够被上级评为教育均衡发展先进市、示范区，悲乎哀哉！
如果真正作到城乡待遇相同，谁还会使劲往城镇钻呢？我们黄山市教师绩效工资，不就分了三六九等吗？关键还是国家穷了，要不就是打心里没有把老师当人看。老师是弱势群体，什么还不是领导说了算吗？教育均衡发展极不协调的现象的出现，那要追究领导责任。
